Likewise communication from the senior management to staff (particularly in a change environment) can ensure a smooth transition in going forward.

- Developing a clear vision and mission statement surrounding your objectives.
- Identifying and coaching your key company spokespeople. These company ambassadors will articulate the firm’s vision, its plans and drive to both staff and externally.
- Source and deliver corporate messaging opportunities through face to face meetings, letters to stakeholders, b to b events, media interviews and commentaries and newsletters Media relations coaching.
- Managing your media messaging to the business world and media.
- Crisis management and “hot desking” - this is a unique full-time in-house emergency service. This is offered on a one-off short-term basis to the senior management team, designed to counsel and guide you through difficult situations 24-7.
